What’s with overtime being cut but contractors still given out work when I house guys are willing to work???

The answer is they mess with contractors pay by not paying them or paying them later they cannot do that to In-house believe me they would love for you to be a contractor you will get the maybe I’ll pay you extra or not at all pay this week

All they care about is contractors, in house techs are a thing of the past they are some of the sc-mmiest people who ever walked this earth bankruptcy is coming
Altice/Optimum or whatever name they choose to go by this week is the Dollar General Store of the CATV/Broadband industry. I’m actually surprised they have any in-house people at all. When I left two years ago I said the company wouldn’t be around to see 2025. Looks like I was wrong.
You think the contractors are being managed correctly? You think they are trained correctly...they follow safety protocols? We see them every day in 20+ year old dented cars with crooked optimum magnets and bungee cord ladders on the roof.....LOL. They do more damage to the brand than anything else. Get off the sinking ship!
You never stop your enemy when they are destroying them selfs , let them rely on those non speaking English contractors that are destroying those pdo’s left and right all day everyday , I don’t even want to touch those pdo’s anymore. To quote Malone , PD is toast…
