The management structure within Cgi Cigna account is deeply flawed and plagued by incompetence. Many individuals holding the title of “Director” clearly lack the skills or experience required for such a senior role. There’s a toxic culture of expecting employees to be available 24/7, fostering an unhealthy and unsustainable work environment. A small inner circle of leaders, including a few Vice Presidents, seems to wield disproportionate power, enabling favoritism and shielding incompetence. Meanwhile, long-serving consultants and senior consultants who have been with the account since its takeover in 2009 remain underpaid and undervalued despite their dedication and contributions.
One particularly egregious incident involved a lady manager from India who consistently disrespected colleagues while enjoying special protection from a Vice President. She even exploited a team member by bringing him to the U.S. on a B1 visa and forcing him to work relentlessly from a hotel room for two straight months. This inhumane treatment highlights a complete disregard for employee well-being and basic ethical standards. I m sure this post will be removed.
