Does anyone from ISG support caring to share their feelings, concerns? I have seen wfr after wfr, add outsourcing to damned wipro and AI, I am not sure how long do we have here in US.

Basically everyone on my team is quiet quitting and the ones who aren't are the ones getting shown the door. So messed up. It's also very telling when the boss's boss straight up says in a town hall that they aren't sure if they're going be the next one to get the axe.
I'm at the bottom of the org chart and yes, that is where the sausage is made.
I said ‘leaders’. No one above a senior manager is doing anything worth a leader badge, IMO. Even then, many are questionable even at that level. Complacency is not good. Neither is promoting based on just longevity. You want to know where the real work and thinking gets done, look at the bottom of the org chart.

business Leaders are paid in millions..for not bringing in any revenue especially in tsb mcf.
Maybe if they try keeping competent leaders instead of just focusing on what's ‘cheaper’, maybe, just maybe, the company would be performing better.

we have been cut to the bone. Its got to the point where corners are being cut with cover, teams are passing the buck to other teams just to get work off their plate and you just have to hold your hands up and say, well if thats the business decision thats been made we can only do so much. No more "delighting our customers" as the brass love to say
Maybe part of what will be in the spin off?
