Who cares. You don’t like the outcome just leave. Your contract to work at Dell is ‘at will’ and that’s on both sides. You don’t like the new contract of employment show yourself to the door.

So glad that I didn't have to work for my severance this Fall unlike a lot people who will be fired for cause if they do not RTO.

no its not. are you going to make all of your outside sales people report to an office? no you're not. how will that work? drive 20-40 miles one way to an office so you can then turn around and drive to a customer site. Then drive back to the office for a few calls then leave and drive to another customer site. really? what people would do is drive to the office and "never" leave. all customer meetings would be zoom calls.
