It’s not normal to work in conditions we’ve found ourselves in and for such a long period of time. Even by corporate standards. I gave up on Intel some time ago, and now I just observe how it will all resolve.

Don't worry about things you don't have any control over.
spend half your time working on your project and the other
half updating your resume and doing job searches.
