Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

Is there any other plan besides layoffs?

No point in layoffs unless there’s a very serious plan on how to dig us out of a hole.

Ebb and Flow
With the company circling the drain, it’s time for the flush.
30 years of mismanagement and these are the consequences.
In the real world, not everyone gets a trophy.
In the real world, there are winners and losers, the latter being Boeing.

If you are driving down the freeway running on empty, because you don’t
“Feel” the need to fill the tank, the reality is, you will be walking.

IT WILL NOT IMPROVE
Remember, Kelly O feels we do not need a replacement
for our 57 year old 737 --- we just need to stop bickering.

The reality is, we no longer have the capacity to build a new plane.
Boeing does not have the capital for it, period.
Nor do we have the engineering capacity for it,
or the work force to accomplish it, those folks are long gone.

Don’t believe your lying eyes.
Be unburdened by what has been.
For joy cometh in the morning.

Once they force you to have a AI module implanted into your brain all will go well. Remember the vaccine mandate? What a success.

I read the first article about 787 body integration issues in 2010. I read the second article in 2021. An airplane that has difficulty integrating its body sections for 11 years I do not want to fly on.

When the older 787s start having infight structural failure and start falling out of the sky, production will go the way of the Max.

The only plan is to increase share price to benefit executives. Anyone with half a brain knows that Boeing hasn't had the people with the required depth of experience and knowledge to even remotely be able to compete in the aerospace industry since about 1998. Every employee and manager at Boeing has been promoted well bove their competency level and largely soley on the basis of nepotism. Boeing's endless project financial failures since 1998 have amply illustrated this inability to successfully compete. Boeing will ultimately breakup like GE did to increase share price. Airbus, COMAC and Embraer will be the future large transport airplane players. SpaceX will be the dominant Space player. So it's just BS and smoke & mirrors to raise stock price until then.

Hey, I have an idea.
How about everyone circle the wagons, roll up your sleeves, and GET TO WORK building QUALITY parts / planes safely.
Just a thought...

Don't worry--the strategic plan is to conduct continuous layoffs until there are no competent employees remaining. To maintain the flow of executive salaries, bonuses, and pensions, large portions of the company and their assets will be sold off.

The grand master plan will be revealed in 2025, buckle up boys, either it will be a step on the right direction or a total disaster via shifting the dec. Regardless, it will be fun to watch the spectacle as it unravels.

It's called a liquidation sale. Don't worry about worker or no worker. In the end we will all be treated the same. Good luck my fellow comrades.
