Thread regarding Cargill layoffs

It all started when we got the latest CHRO in place.

Being in HR for 15 years, here I’ve seen the worst HR transformation / change effort ever. Having HRLT members bullying their own folks to make them want to resign. Targeting sick employees with legal slander and creating a toxic culture overall. Putting people first disappeared and it started within our own HR function. Now that the organization decided to reduce their businesses its only been downhill. Sad to see this happen.

Let’s not forget her Target cronies that were brought in and are just as terrible!

Stephanie L is the worst CHRO i have ever experienced. She’s vapid, fake, and when I went up to introduce myself at a get to know one another HR event, she barely acknowledged me. A misanthrope as CHRO? Great selection, Brian!!

I think Stephanie Lundquist is a horrible leader. Her decisions make no sense. This weird transformation started earlier this year when they made HR employees have to reapply for the jobs they already had. Something about her if off. Let’s see what she says at the town hall on Monday. It will probably be more cr-p about people first and her repeatedly saying “the executive team.” That’s her favorite thing to say like she wants to ensure we all know they are EXECUTIVES. We get it Steph! You’re an executive who doesn’t believe the cr-p you’re selling to the people you supposedly care so much about.
