One interesting thing….
3 corporations were jettisoned by Honeywell . Those 3 are failing or have failed already. Each specialized in some niche area.. resideo claimed software (China can produce better and faster security and home products) and due to poor leadership at all level that didn’t work.
Another jettisoned was making turbos for gas engines. Well they went deep in a hole… we can go on but seems that Honeywell leadership was simply smarter and better… despite our bozo marketing!

They are carving Honeywell even more now. Into pieces. Aero separating. PSS gone to Brady. Intelligrated back to TREW..
Remain-co is just bucket waiting for bloodbath.
Those were meant to be cut up and sold for parts. Suspicious Rezi is still around. Like people say: follow the money
Darius words when announcing ACS spinoff "why would I keep a low growth business I do not want to invest in" followed closely by "the spinoff companies will be high growth and successful"...can't make this up.
We got what we deserved… bad management at multiple levels. The worst level were directors….
