I’ve read this many times and didn’t realize how true it was until I changed jobs about 6 weeks ago. More money. Better work life balance. Mutual respect. The difference is night and day.
Same, I got a new job recently and I can see the complete difference in employee treatment. I have to work more but it worths the extra salary and the benefits. No I felt like all those years at cvs I was abused hard by the incompetents so called leaderships
