Most likely. It would also explain why Cisco implements 6 month performance reviews, so you can get a bad review and they can get rid of view in 6 months.

I’ve never seen biannual performance reviews at any company I’ve worked at.

Cisco will be aggressive with LR first half of 2025 as it has to become leaner to fight off AI competitors specially with AI networking.
