Rebanding means you get reckassified in a salary group. Second handidly i know someone was declassified without a drop in salary. Bonus status unknown
Usually with a reorg of this size, new pay bands/job titles are introduced. They will then re-assign you to one of the new bands with a corresponding loss of benefits one way or another.
What does rebanding mean?
