CommScope Marketing paid someone a lot of money for that line. Doesn't make it less stupid, and I think we have enough of our own stupid, we didn't need to outsource that.

More like “Now Meet Trash”

CommScope tries to paint a picture like they’re the future but they’re so far off that it’s hilarious. CommScope products are trash.

Why? Because the id--ts in CommScope management drove out all the talent when they pulled the trigger on mass layoffs! People left shortly because they lost confidence within the company and would rather secure something than wait around. Very smart of those guys. But now CommScope is stuck with a hollow shell of a company that doesn’t have the reputation or the competitive compensation to attract strong talent back to the company. What the he-l did management think would happen? You can’t ki-l off the workforce to improve your numbers and also expect innovation to magically appear. Chuck and his guys are delusional to think if this company will survive and the results speak for themselves. Financial results quarter after quarters is horrendous! But those guys are good at covering that up with telling the company that we’re okay, we’re improving, and things are going to be great… I bet it’ll be the same thing they’ll do at the next town hall.

It's been a long long time since any employee there has been inspired😅.
Constant layoffs, pay freezes or when do get merit increase it's wiped out as doesn't even match inflation.then there is the whole dumping of extra work from those laid off to whatever poor su---r is left.
" Now meets next" , a joke- noting progressive about the place except for treating employees like cr&p

All these buzzwords are mainly targeted at investors instead of inspiring employees.
