Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Change incoming?

Does anyone else hold out hope that things will change with Frank’s departure?

We’ve been told the entire time that this was one man’s vision.
Maybe the incoming CEO will try and get some good will back from the workforce and reverse some of the backwards policies Frank put in place.

An associate can dream…

Isn’t serving as a chairman of a public company a conflict of interest if appointed to be Commissioner of SSA?

Once Frank is done and the new CEO is only worse, I hope you will remember this quote:

"Welcome to Corporate America"

New CEO may be someone from JP Morgan or another Fiserv crony of Franks. Think along yje leadership team and draw your pick from our deep bench as Frank calls it. I doubt theyvwipp bring in a CEO from another company.

KKR is a private equity firm that tapped FB to turn FirstData around. He never turned it around and was headed for a crash until Fiserv bailed him out. He then undertook some palace intrigue to get JY kicked out as chairman so he had full control. Now supposedly he is some kind of financial genius or something.

Who is KKR? And, isn't it possible he won't be selected to head up SS? I mean, there have to be skeletons in his closet, right? Is it a done deal? Guess I'm just hoping against hope that he doesn't become part of the government - and especially SS. However, given that the president-elect is a felon, s-xual predator, a lover of Putin, doesn't pay his vendors, etc. I guess anything is possible.

Absolutely not. KKR and FB will place the next puppet in that position and all will remain the same until it gets worse (i.e. status quo).

You assume that the new CEO won't be Frank's puppet?

The new CEO will find the bloated stock price and see the downward spiral the company has been in and sell off parts of the company

Hope is a dream. Anything having to do with this company is wasted.

Since he's leaving because he was "asked to serve his country" (groan), I'm sure he is going to hand-pick his yes-man replacement. He'll also still be on the board and have influence through that, as well. So I doubt anything will change regarding RTO or mandatory hours in office. Sadly.

Maybe the new CEO will do exactly what KKR wants
