I am coming here from another organisation/competitor, I come in peace, we have recently hired a previous EVP customer success from salesforce, he was there up until feb 2021, he has just started a few months back in The exact same role and already a major transformation is underway, I know its not all his doing and his leadership would have hired him to execute their vision. What should we expect from his leadership and what’s his usual MO and strategy?
