Did everyone register Intel Cobra without issues for 2025?
For me 2024 explicitly shows no payment due as Intel subsidiary pays the premium.
However, when I was registering for 2025, the Intel subsidiary didn't show up, therefore, all the premium was due. I did check with HR in November that Intel will be covering all premiums for the insurance
Did anyone encounter this issue? Thanks
Just call them. I’ve called them many times and eventually they work through whatever issues.
I saw this after registering a few months ago (VSP). Went back to the site a week or two later and the subsidy showed up (with me owing $0), so I completed signup.
I had this same problem and called them, but gave up after waiting for very long. Right, I appeared that we needed to register first for the remainder of 2024, which immediately zeroed out the amount we owe. Since it’s almost 2025, when I started to register I noticed that it showed I owed the full amount, and I didn’t continue.
I registered for cobra online per myben website in the letter and at the end it showed payment as zero with the subsidy. It was actually pretty simple. I never got the new cards though, so hopefully no need for anyone of us to go this month.
