For severance are they going to round up or how does it work? For example I worked at 2U for 2 years and 7 months. Does that mean I’ll get 3 years of severance or 2 years? Just wondering no one seems to have the exact answer.

This is the exact response I received from HR when I asked for the severance calculation: "2 weeks of salary for every year/partial year that you've worked. As well, you are receiving 3 weeks of pay in lieu of notice." According to this statement, you will get 2 weeks for that partial year as well.
they likely will round up they did for me , good luck.
It’s 2 weeks for every year.
If you had attended the meeting you'd know they round up
You’ll find out in about 12 hours :)
probably not because they’re so fu--ing grimy
