Our manager has told our team to update our career connect profiles in the next couple of weeks, making sure to be very detailed with our prior work experiences. Anyone else told this?

Yes - everyone in the corporation has pretty much been told. Standard practice. CC is the repository for your career stuff. Treat it like an internal resume. Don’t want to put in the time? Then don’t complain when opportunities pass you by.

In finance they've effectively removed CL band 30-34. Those who had that potential are now 29 and those above 34 have been pushed down. Effectively removing a large amount of higher paying executive positions and slowing promotions going forward. Brace yourself, if finance is doing this it will spread
That’s standard procedure ahead of IDP. You update your information like mobility and career interests.
I heard we are safe if we add GM roles to prior work experience.
