The layoffs, hiring freeze, and restructuring has been slowly trickling into CBI for the last 2 years or so, really ramping up this past year. We've had a bonus freeze, raises have been postponed or capped hilariously low, and no backfilling of positions means as folks leave those that remain are forced to take on more work without extra compensation or accommodation in any form from Cargill. There are no career growth opportunities left anymore, just folks bracing for impact and holing onto what measly paychecks we're left with.
