I swear, it feels like the ones in charge seem more focused on creating chaos than offering support. Every decision piles on more hurdles, leaving everyone scrambling to keep up. Instead of leading, they’re making everything harder and pushing people toward failure. This isn’t leadership, it’s setting people up to crash and burn. I need to leave Citi ASAP.

Citi is getting to be more chaotic , insane , and unprofessional place than it has ever been.
