Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

A simple plan

We’re probably safe until January 2. Who knows after that. Their plan was a simple one, turn Fiserv into a sweatshop to make more money. They will continue to increase offshore and layoff onshore, consolidate groups that are already understaffed, and turn regular jobs into high-pressure jobs by giving everyone two or three jobs

Exactly what @ele+1vErnM1R said.

Good advice! I'll do my job, and not the jobs of three other people.

Here we go again! Just do your job, stop complaining and being toxic. Just get sh*t done and get on with your life.

I couldn't take the chaos anymore so retired two years earlier than I originally planned. 40 plus years was enough for me. I love being retired and I have no regrets.

Definitely a sweatshop now.

But sadly there is room for more squeezing, which is what this management team is all about: take more and more, give less and less.
