I was just talking to Jake about this. I don’t know how sales I have lost because of poor follow up. Bill is having the same issue. Margie has about had it and I think that is why Jeff left. It’s no good.
Totally ludicrous. Working for Cengage is like being in an abusive relationship. What’s even better is that the company they outsourced to is obviously keeping their workforce to a minimum to save money, too!!
