That’s the only thing that UHG CEO execution makes me think of. I’m on the insurance side, and I find my job very exhausting because I’m ethically and morally conflicted about decisions on claims on a daily basis. I don’t have a final word, but I’m acutely aware of the fact that I’m part of the process. Introducing AI into the process may alleviate the burden imposed on individuals working with claims, but it can make the whole system ethically ten times worse. And we will all be on the receiving end of those decisions at some point in our lives.

You are still here, so you're not that conflicted. Stop trying to act like you have morals, this side of the house will always be a cesspool compared to UHC, and that is saying a lot.

There are companies trying to solve much simpler problems and paying engineers way more to do it, UHC isn't going to automate anything like claims processing remotely soon.
