I received notice in the mass calls on Dec 3rd and I still haven’t received any documentation regarding the separation agreement. Am I the only one or are others still waiting for paperwork outlining last day and severance.

The manager who laid me off said my separation package would come to my personal email and it went to my cargill email. The complete and utter incompetence of this layoff is astounding.
In Canada and got mine today and offer seems quite fair
If you are in Canada what they are offering is not what courts will award you. You should be getting 1 month per year of service. Get a lawyer, while you will have to pay legal fees you will be better off. They will not want to go to court they will offer you more to avoid litigation.
Same here. I'm US based. 2 days after being notified, I have still heard nothing from HR
I did reach out to the HR person who was on my call and apparently Canada is being sent today. Super respectful and so dignified to make us wait over 2 days for any information. What a sh-t show
No one I know in Canada has received theirs yet
Message the HR rep who was on the layoff call with you; at least in the US I was told all 12/3 layoffs should have their packet by now. I don't have mine so reached out to HR.
