A phone call, a video call, a meeting?

Unprompted Teams invite with HR. Meeting with some French dude in BOSC and an HR rep, along with 4 others who did my job (ranging from associates to Sup II). Basic boilerplate message about "realigning talent" and whatnot. Over in 4 minutes.
My boss was on PTO and didn't even know. I told my boss's manager and she didn't know either.
Facility manager pulled me in out of nowhere to her office. Only because she missed me at the end of our outage day after working 16 hours... for a job she asked me to take to help out the plant.
Teams call with two other employees. HR person and manager 3 levels above me. Over and done in 5 mins.
HR pulled me into an office with a manager…who wasn’t even MY manager…to tell me. Didn’t speak to anyone from my own department through the whole thing.
Feeling a bit hurt about the whole thing.
