France and Belgium are letting go around 10 to 15% of their workforce, each. And due to the ridiculous amount of bureaucratic procedures, the layoffs will not be announced until around march-april. They're allowed to announce it as late as June 2025.

I heard last week an amount of approx. 150 employees from Schiphol office are affected.
Curios to the people who are closer to the plants and production which are affected as some of the sites in CSST like BoZ en SvG are quite large.
Negotiation process will start soon, perhaps tomorrow. It will take a month. Due to of holiday period it will overseen January 20. If the negotiations can not be alignment by both sides then work council can request extra 60 days. But if the alignment will be then at least begin February announcement will start.
One other answer to below question:
Totally 164 people will be out. They divided to three sections.
Mechelen head office &
RD Center 89
Gent +Antwerp : 22
Izegem +Mouscron : 39 and some small amount from small places.
It’s around 13 % each location and also as country level.
In Belgium 164 employees has to go. France around 140, Germany around 130, Netherlands between 200-250. A significant amount of 10-12% of the country workforce.
They announced how many people will have to be fired, but the chosen ones will not know yet.

The impact in Belgium has been announced. 15% estimate looks rather accurate, not sure about France.
How do you know it’s 10-15% if it hasn’t been announced yet??
Any info about the Netherlands?
