Supervisors and the director are now sitting at the top of the parking lot to the warehouse entrance watching what time technicians come and go. Because someone showing up 2 minutes late or leaving 2 minutes late is the reason the company is millions in debt!

Meanwhile they are saving 100s of millions with self installs.Except most of them fail and still require a truck roll.Then they give the service call away for free.The ones that do manage to activate are ruining our plant.Causing more outages,loads of FEC and repeats for their neighbors.Didnt know most my community is certified,experienced field techs.Maybe you should hire them
I would be more worried about the contractors hovering at the top of the lot every morning.

Why you fools never unionized if you weren’t already is baffling . Keep complaining and do do anything about it .
This company has very few if any real leaders left in it. Any good one was forced out a few years ago and the ones who thought they could stay around and make a difference finally got fed up with the circus and left the amateurs to go and work with professionals. The corporate office has been filled with amateurs from day one and no surprise but it has filtered down to the local level.
They are installing cameras with facial recognition so they don't have to go up there everyday....LOL.
Maybe if management found something better to do with their time then micromanaging or spy on their subordinates this would be a better job. Respectfully in case you forgot you being an id--t or not having a brain doesn’t save you or this company money, and it lose workers. Best Regards management, grow up.

Maybe you should come prepared to work and not chi chat and waste time in the morning you’ll be more productive and they won’t be standing in the front clocking you like you were in pre k.
