How did the severance packages look this round for the people that can expect their role to be terminated shortly.

2 weeks of severance per year, cobra, placement services.
I was less than a year in the job (hired in March) - I got 2 weeks of severance (plus 2 weeks paid off prior, so all dec off) and cobra being paid for by the company for 2 months beyond that.
