Ok I’ve recently got suspended for having me and my friend join teams meeting discussing stuff and if we have nothing to do we can join the meetings so sapience don’t penalized us for unproductive time . Especially if like we need to take a small break. I check sapience everyday and there’s no logs to where I’m in a meeting for more 1 hour unless it’s like a client meeting or like a meeting with people out of state
Will I get fired regardless or I should be fine? There’s only two of us in my team , the guy have health issues and about to retire soon . So I really doubt they will get rid of me and have another person learn my role in a short notice . Because there’s a lot to learn

Being the last people in a department is not protection. Fiserv has called themselves streamlining and only determined they cut too deeply or without knowledge transfers once clients were calling complaining about issues in Production and no one responding.
No way this poster is provided a laptop to send emails. Scary if true.

The OP is clearly a troll and, so far, all of you have fallen for it. Fiserv hires people who can post on this board using correct grammar and they would never suspend anyone; they'd fire you instead. Nice try, troll.

Teams is heavily monitored by Fiserv. You are not allowed to sign in with any other email addresses other than your Fiserv email address. Cameras everywhere, security guards walking around all the time, Sapience tracking every program you use, workday, and the almighty badge swipe.
Being the last person in the department doesn't protect you at all. They will get rid of you and not even consider knowledge transfer. They have already done this multiple times.
They assume they can hire a new person with zero experience and get the exact same productivity as they got from you.
Logic and reasoning do not come in to play when they want to remove employees.
How did they find out that’s what you were doing? And how long are you suspended for? People including myself were fired for a whole of a lot less. I’d tread lightly. What location were you in? We may know one another
