What all does DVC do anyway? IMO they’re the biggest waste of company resources.
Leadership should be looking there to reduce headcount before other areas.

DVC, ML/AI experts in leadership positions are all (most of them) Coursera graduates. The PdM's are even worse - they are YouTube AI/ML graduates. Let me suggest an 'experiment' - next time these guys speak, make a mental note of the 'buzz words'. Search for these buzz words and you will know where they got the info from...
The DVC organization is another wasteful middle manager tier that was created to give the appearance that these middle managers are actually doing meaningful work when in reality, they are stealing the credit from the real IT contributors of the organization. The leaders of the DVC organization are also hiding the fact that they want to move all the jobs to India, whether they are doing good work or not.
DVC=Fancy name for Shared Services Application Support. The DVC name is to lead others to believe you are not overhead but rather a value creator.
DVC is the poster child for everything wrong with Qualcomm. Run by someone who has Neutron Jack as there hero. Totally clueless as to what creativity is. Slow Follower is there catch phrase. Buzzword Bingo is there favorite game.
