The RCM and coding is increasingly being outsourced to "our overseas" associates. The Townhall they're bragged about
for doing "such a great job". Smh. Now the CAHPS survey side is also rebranded as MatrixCare. They're pushing their support work onto sys support but no training. I heard the CAHPS people had their titles demoted from CSM, took away salaries and made them per hour and no OT, no more unlimited PTO. And the SaaS side breathing heavy on CAHPS to document processes.
Every year, layoffs. I think the CAHPS people are next. Good luck.
