Our pickers have to constantly go back to the home screen and back into picking to get a damn beep. Trigger won't work even tho everything appears to be connected. App shuts down randomly esp after exiting the elevator. It's gotten worse since the wifi 'upgrade'. So awful. Slows us down terribly.

The RFID sleds are the worst, and One X has a stroke if you have a pick list over 50. With workloads over 2000 units makes it impossible to work. I miss the zebra sleds and the old fulfillment app
Thought we were supposed to have gotten new scanners this past September. What happened? It's hard to complete tasks with faulty equipment. Hope some company dollars get redirected to help us help the bottom line.
We've been averaging over 1600 picks a day and don't have anywhere near enough people scheduled to even come close to getting through the workload. We have been using the the support team and sales people to do most of the picking and the fulfillment peeps are just working on packing every day this week. Merchandise from the trucks isn't getting put on the floor, and customer service is taking a backseat to the fulfillment orders. This is in addition to having all of the same problems with the handhelds, it's a hot mess this year.
