what went wrong:
- major failure at the top due to unqualified nepotism.
- technology faaaaar behind the competition.
- covid . plain and simple , people are not returning to the office —- there’s no need for kuerigs , copy paper , conference rooms etc.
- overall greed and lack of ethics came back to bite them in the who but

latest info I have from the mole is that there continues to be blowups every day because of tanking numbers. also rumor that a key branch manager and leo koolaid drinker is looking to get out.

thoughts : i’m 100% confident that biz is down substantially. do i personally think revenue is less than a billion? no.
that being said , consistent reports of screaming at employees, clearly visible truck stop declines, and the economic factors today, evidence would support the conclusion that: mason is heading the wrong way, very quickly .
this kind of direction change can only occur from the top , and of course, that’s not going to happen. good luck if you’re still there.

so….. based on the replies, one can determine with some certainty that :
- biz is down
- biz is down enough to cause concern amongst mgt.
- no one disputes that there is a hothead running the show, who tries the “ management by intimidation” method , and it’s apparently failing
