One Fiserv?

Frankie says we are one Fiserv, yet are we?

HR states associates below grade 11 need to be on the office 8 hours a day Monday thru Thursday with WFH optional on Friday.

Yet some business units are requiring 9 hours a day 5 days a week.

It was stated that only sales on the road was allowed WFH.

Yet the Customer Care Organization set associates up for WFH leaving buildings in Hagerstown and I believe Coral Springs pretty much vacant

When I am on project calls I see more remote people than ever. Why is this ok? With the exception of those that have no office to go to of course.

Why are acquired companies treated different than the rest of us?

When will the comments for the survey be disclosed?

Contractors do not have to adhere to the RTO schedule. Employees do.

I’m so tired of the double standards.. some get to wfh on Fri.. some not in same department

I beg to differ. I agree with the OP. I’m in coral bldg 1 and it is a ghost town. The parking lot used to be somewhat crowded, look now.

I mean this respectfully as possible because you mean well, and I hate having to come the office also, but it ultimately comes down to personal leverage, the department you’re in, and upper leadership.

Most of the remote workers I see are highly talented professionals who have upper management that’s fighting to keep them in those roles. Or they’re in departments that are more resistant to what FB wants and don’t mind skirting the rules. Unfortunately most of us don’t have that upper leadership or those departments.

Coral vacant? I work at that campus and beg to differ. This place is still packed in bldg 2.

Bldg 1 is half full.
