Upon hire, new employees are sent to a brainwashing session to learn about the "wonderful culture", etc.
Upon completion of said session, employees return to their home offices, where not even the faintest resemblance of this cultural Utopia exists.
Very siloed (read: clicqueish), dysfunctional workplace. Toxic.
Not for me. And not for any other ambitious person who simply wants to work hard and let their results speak for themselves. Too many rings to kiss, and far too political.
Proceed with caution, and don't buy the bill of goods being sold to you by recruiters and HR.
