I cannot believe folks are down voting advising to go to THE legitimate source of information. Why are you asking strangers when you can look at the policy yourself? Heck, you should print out a copy of the policy so that you have it that’s what the company is bound to pay knowledge is power.

But it seems like people just wanna complain here.

One person says 1 month (2 pay periods) of pay per year of service, another says 1 pay period per year. Which is it?

I thought in Europe, it is 3 month + one month for each year. At least this was the answer I got last year when asked the same question.

Under the old policy, I have two week for every year, capped a 52 weeks. Not sure if that still applies. if it does, you are looking at 7 weeks.
