How long is severance for?
I’m thankful for the 60 day non-working salary. The severance will then be applied during the 2025 tax season.
Joke of a company and happy to be gone at this rate. The next 6 months will be horrendous when considering performance.
Got the email 30 min prior to meeting starting. I’m in NA. Group of 10 or so, business HR + Ops lead (I knew both but not well). Basically 2 month paycheck + benefits continuity then a severance package at the end. Decent compensation but still pretty brutal. Good luck all, maybe leaving ‘the big machine’ isn’t the worst thing in the world.

For canada, is it one on one with HR in person or on Teams?
Canada cannot do mass layoffs. All have to be one on one with a HR person.

Here is what I heard from a colleague in Brazil. They received this invite, joined with ~10 other people, they were all let go, the person who told them they were let go was the leader of their department (function) in MSC.
What time that meeting was scheduled for?
