PGs $10 million isn't much. Marissa Mayer got much more for running Yahoo into the ground and this was over 7 years ago. I guess this supports the premise that good looking people do get paid more. Although she did find a buyer for her mess before she opened the parachute that has got to be worth at least a few million more...

It sounds like a lot, but 12M would be a sorry sev pkg for a F500 CEO. Any NVDA engineering manager easily made more in the past couple years
More like 12 million and nobody else got 18 months of pay.
The company said the severance payment would include $1.9 million as base salary for 18 months and 1.5 times his target bonus of $3.4 million, payable over 18 months.
Gelsinger is also eligible for his annual bonus for the 11 months he served as CEO in 2024, bringing the total to about $12 million, according to a Reuters calculation.
It was easier to miss the broad side of a barn than it was to miss one of the fat retirement packages. So what’s the deal OP?
Yeah, but if you put in 25 years, just think of all those free bananas and coffee.
Imagine… if after one bad focal, let alone three in a row, you got a “Below Expectations” and yet you were able to walk away loaded with $10M… in this case, the company is burning to the ground to top it all off.
Fu-k the retirees!
There are those of us who do the work and those who talk sh-t and lick boots. I'd rather have my dignity and integrity than an executives ill gotten gains. P.S. Shove it up your a-s Pat.
You are not worthy. Let the plebeians and the proletariat eat cake.
I know. Right?
