Basically CHIPS act guarantees severance pay for CEO severance package, those recently VSP, ISPed , and coming layoffs

Strong possibility the package will be decreased with someone new at the helm.
Additionally, if they don’t hold on to 51% of IFS there will be no CHIPS money.
