It looks like the group messaging approach used earlier this year with IT (big group calls where everyone invited is let go) will be used once again. Meeting invites have started rolling out. So much for putting people first and treating them with dignity and respect.

Replace "people first" with "The Family first" and it makes sense.
As someone said.....you can't get through that many people with one-on-one meetings. It would ki-l us to wait for weeks and weeks. Get it done in a week and then people can move on with their lives (until the next layoff anyway). How else do you propose they lay off mass amounts of people?
They have to use group invitations otehrwise it will take weeks to inform 8k employees.
For sure the leaders havent learned from the summer DT&D lay offs. It was another lie by our leaders.
