Upcoming Payments Call Q&A

The most popular question on Matt's Sildo deck is the following:

"If someone chooses to NOT comply with the new 9 hour rule, will that person just NOT be eligible for the incentive pay OR will that person also be on the list of the next round of RIF's?"

It almost feels like the question can be translated as "will not complying get me out of here with a severance?"

Were these people given any kind of warning or “heads up” that they needed to be compliant? It didn’t sound like they were. I have to say that since RTO, there has been a lot of conflicting information floating around about required hours in office. What I found most offensive was that Matt kept saying they were let go because of “performance issues. “ Should you be sharing that with us?? When someone is let go, details are generally not shared with associates. He said that Co-workers complained that they had to pick up the slack for these workers, etc. Was this documented in a PIP. Did you share this with us as a scare tactic?!

from the recent layoff round, I noticed that the ones impacted were mostly picked out based on their badge attendance and sapience record. they don't care with your performance

they were picked by HR directly without consulting the direct manager first. the primary factor for HR decision is attendance.

so, my fellow fiservants, beware! because there would be another round next year!

He’s going to tip-toe around the question, like he usually does. He’s another one that used to be so influential and caring but FB has transformed him into a yes man robot. Sad.
