Are there any Pattern?

Based on what we have till now heard, do we got any pattern of who are getting layoff. Any specific business segment or type of jobs which got overrepresented?

From what I can tell it’s a mix of new roles + high earners.

Yup, no discernible pattern I can see. Both individual contributor and managers being affected in Minneapolis HQ. Really feels like the decision is being made by picking names out of hats.

Same as above—-I knew about half the group I was with. All excellent professionals and seasoned people managers. Supply chain middle mgmt was largely represented on my call.
