Besides sleeping in board meetings, traveling on the companies dime to receive useless awards and accolades (for what, no one knows), and hiring family members...where and how does he add value to this company? He will be making $7.9M in total comp this year....for doing what????? This is insane?

He and his Nepo partner have repeatedly done more harm than good to this company. No other company would have ever allowed their little partnership to have ever occurred. So many people lost their jobs for so many unjustifiable reasons.....yet these two frolic across the country capturing awards and making photo ops for self promotion. Shameful....
I remember the time that they photo shopped Pessina into a picture of the inside of an actual store.
