From outages, recent layoffs, top down, one directional communication and focus on measuring performance through “personal time management” tools and attendance data.
Recent employee survey results went unnoticed and we are valuing peoples ability to stay in office for 9 hours, more than results delivered to their customers.
On top of that, there are leaders who stopped listening to their teams and managers who are incapacitated by lack of trust from both top and the bottom. This company is headed towards bad 2025 with loss of talent there will be more outages, with outages there will be unhappy customers, with unhappy customers and no feedback loop from workforce to leadership, it is going to crash and burn.

100% accurate. Businesses depend on results and Fiserv management is hyper focused on process. They don't care about the quality of work, just how much you submit to their overlord fantasies. I used to enjoy coming in. My team used to be fantastic. Half of them are laid off. I will be out the door as soon as I can.
This is next level vindictive narcissistic and authoritarian boss BS. CEO’s that manage this way and run talent off only to be replaced by weak yes people run companies into the ground. This coward pushed. Jabs on us and threatened jobs if you didn’t. Now he threatens bonus and your job but “trust” us we care. Increased cost on employees with new mandates.
I hope y’all slow down and just give enough or better yet look for greener pastures. The above and beyond pays you nothing here.
