Jan, Ginger, Valerie, Stefano...everyone. You should be embarrassed. You've sat back and watched a company that was once revered in books (Good to Great), to one which will be studied for epic failures in business classes. All on this happened on your watch. Leave..none of you deserve to be Board members!

Jan Babiak is a fraud. She needs to step down. Has failed on all levels as a Board member.
Tracey Brown, Neal, Tim, Stefano, Jan Babbleneck, Valerie Jeerit......all key contributors to why this company is failing. Sickening.
That ANY- let alone multiple- were reseated stinks to High Heaven!!! As in- Are you h!gh???!!
WHERE IS THE SEC???????????
Re: "This entire Board needs to resign...." Pretty sure they aren't going anywhere. Walgreen's decline started with Wasson's cost cutting initiatives. Since then, Walgreens has not been an employer of choice. In a customer service oriented business, you need an engaged workforce. Not sure we have that. Cutting labor costs through mediocre pay and benefits coupled with insane metrics has driven away much of our best talent. Walgreens failed to innovate as well. Our technology to serve our customers is sorely lacking. Cenfill leaves a lot to be desired. Customers wait several days for medicine they were use to getting on the same day. It goes without question that Roz did the company no favors. Tim was brought on board as sort of a wunderkind that could help with pharmacy reimbursement rates given his past experience with Express Scripts but its like arriving at a house fire that is fully involved, hoping to save what's left. It seems that all Walgreens has left is more cost-cutting.
Jan only cares about Jan. Valerie was a white house plant and influencer who is openly racist in meetings. Ginger...had her chance and blew it. Stefano, his best contributions are not snoring in Board meetings. This group of board members will be studied in classrooms - "Board members who fail to do their job".......Leave. Now.
