Not all but probably 70%. And to the managers reading this, you're thinking you're in the 30% but you're probably not.
Not all managers are insane, but unfortunately personally disorders such as narcissism and sociopathy are common in many people who seek management positions. Some publicly traded companies actually consider these desirable antisocial traits as these people will do anything for status and money.
It's the Gervais Principle in action. Boeing, Intel, IBM. The companies may be too big to acquire, but that only leads to a long slow painful death.
