And why does this company feel the need to burn money on hiring TWO external consultants (BCG and Simply Connect). This makes NO sense!

That’s why. He’s hounding as much foolish $$ as possible for himself & his friends.
Me and my counter parts have been looking at org. charts and there are a lot of areas where they can trim down functions and still operate just fine. I would imagine the cuts next year are going to be larger than previously thought.

I was told early next year they will announce another round. However, if you haven't noticed by now, they aren't being too shy about what they're doing behind the seasons to prep for what's next. They are literally hiring in my dept (finance) for roles that would directly replace my manager and probably offshore my role.
