Major layoff happening in NV today. Several NPD positions eliminated.

How many people total who were NPD?
Which projects? I was in R&D and laid off last year for a similar reason. Curious which additional NPD projects got cut this time.
Multiple NPD in R&D. At least 4 including Director in marketing. RSD in sales. All of the surgical people recruited over under Dan Volz leadership are being let go. The whole structure in OU dismantled. VP Marketing is last remaining at leadership level and will be gone very soon with verified info they are in final stages of interviews.
If all R+D takes place in India, will at least some manufacturing return/remain in the US to avoid Trump tariffs?
Surgical just received email from Eric that some NPD projects will stop. It's difficult to read if layoff is following

How's the severance package
All R&D will happen in India for slave wages to save costs and create profits.
Several NPD programs were shut down and the people who worked on them were let go.
Why NPD? NV no longer needs new products? What changed?
