Unrealistic business growth promises and sales forecasts led the company to its current position. Millions of dollars have been spent on unrealistic dream projects, most of which have left equipment lying in the backyards or caused business downtimes due to again daydreaming disconnected leadership and their unfortunate direct reports. But now, the doers are paying off it. If you continue with the same captain, I'm afraid next ıceberg will tear down the ship.

People first is just a phrase on a piece of paper. The whole atmosphere is very toxic and it just got worse last months. I personally hope that I am on the list and can get a good severance package. I am done and lots of my colleagues as well.
Agreed. For some reason there's this sort of mystique outside of the company where people thing it must be awesome because it's private. It's actually worse because they're just as cold and ruthless (but remember, "put people first") as any publicly traded company but with far less transparency and oversight and generally lower compensation.
The worst CEO and CIO the company has seen in the past years. Unfortunately the Cargill family still believes into them. This company has and had so many great people working very hard , never complained about anything just provided 110% and since two years those are treated without any respect. HR department is a joke , incompetent and if you have a question you need to log an incident. Lots of functions outsourced to cheap labor companies resulting in poor quality of responses / answers. Everyone who thinks to work for this company should be warned. Cargill sold her soul to MCK few years ago and the result we see since the summer when they lay off in a very inhuman way lots of IT people
