I interpret banded as in salary, non exempt employees (not hourly production workers). Think associate professional and above (though I’m sure some support staff at lower bands will be impacted). If you don’t understand what a band is, your risk is probably pretty low (I say this sincerely, the lower in the org you are, the less risk you face).

I would state it as closer to 14% of the banned employees, they aren't going to overstate the numbers for the news, but knowing this is 100% focused on trimming SG&A it's more than 5% of the banded groups

For the EMEA comment, all countries for immediate notification were listed in a link in Brian’s email. Was all regions but EMEA. EMEA will have impacts, but later.

Since it says they will minimize impacts to operations and frontline staff, I think the 5% would be focused on the 60k banded employees, so could be closer to 3k total impacted versus 8k?

I would assume a mass call given the high number and limited hrs In a week to execute

EMEA is waiting for works council and not on the immediate inform list.

I originally heard 20k? This is more like 8k
