The company has gone downhill since it was acquired by Platinum and Alain left. I remember we used to have quarterly town halls in EMEA to discuss the company’s financials. Once the results started to decline, those meetings quietly disappeared, and then the layoffs began. The cloud business is a mess, middle management is generally poor, and the chaos really took off when Sanjib—“the visionary”—joined. It’s as ridiculous as the rest of the company.

All while Paul Bay is making 2.1M a year. I knew when they went back to being a public company this would happen. So glad i left the cesspool years ago.

I’m so glad I escaped Ingram Micro when I could. The place was great when I first started - but the morale in the office was at rock bottom when I left.
